Acp Site Retirement Posts

Until Dryvit became leader, only ACP leaders (1ic, 2ic, 3ic) could post their retirement post on the site and that was only if they were retiring from that position. When Dryvit became leader he changed that and allowed anyone to have their retirement post on the site. Because of that the site sometimes gets cluttered with retirement posts and it draws attention away from the important posts. Therefore I ask that the ACP Senate approves this bill which would make it so that only a current 1ic, 2ic, or 3ic can post their retirement post on the site.

This would bring back the honor of being able to post a retirement post on the acp site for all to see. It would also de-clutter the site a little bit and would allow for more attention to be given to the important posts.
